Michael Brooks

Michael Brooks is a founding member of Brooks & Rocha, PLLC. Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land development, urban planning and land use, and government affairs. Leveraging a foundation of practical experience in construction, surveying, subdivision and site design, and urban planning, he has represented developers, builders, business owners, and landowners throughout Florida on a broad range of matters involving residential, commercial, office, industrial, mixed-use, waterfront resort, institutional, and utility uses and properties. Michael has also lobbied extensively on regulatory policy issues affecting the real estate, land development, and telecommunications and energy sectors, and is frequently asked to advance legislative changes and incentives on behalf of clients and projects.

Prior to forming Brooks & Rocha PLLC, Michael was of-counsel at Petitt Worrell Rocha Sheppard, PLLC and a Shareholder with Bricklemyer, Smolker & Bolves, PA.
